Kyknos (pronounced kee-nos) is myself, Vanessa Ford, a project manager with 25 years experience working within Life Sciences and the UK Public Sector delivering projects across a range of business areas.
My mission is to bring a fresh flexible approach to project management consultancy, whereby I employ adaptive project management techniques in order to suit your team and business dynamic. I believe this tailored approach is the key to successful and enjoyable project delivery, being a mantra I've followed my entire career.
